Are you an RMN or RNLD seeking a new challenge, taking the leap into CAMHS or young adults for the first time or coming back after a break? And how does over £40,000 a year sound?

If so, working at our new Cygnet hospital in Woking means experiencing a better and more positive way of tackling mental health issues. With a new senior management team, there’s a real buzz about our growing organisation as we develop new therapies together for the benefit of our service users. We place ourselves in the centre of the community and get close to the families of those we seek to help.

You’ll be able to make a positive impact on the lives of many and build your skills in a variety of areas such as 1:1 sessions and group sessions and be given the training and space to test your own ideas. We’ll be honest, the job can be challenging at times, but it’s also fun and rewarding. No two days are ever the same.

We’re looking for responsible and helpful individuals who relish working alongside people and seeing them become stronger and move towards recovery. We can provide the opportunity to be involved in creating brighter futures.

You’ll be a fully qualified RMN or RNLD who is able to perform the duties expected of you but then want to go the extra mile to provide all our users with a positive experience. Whether you want to focus on a specific therapy or carry out more general duties, we encourage all our nurses to develop their skills and experience. You’ll be working in our brand new female only Young Adult 18-25 Service or CAMHS PICU ward opening in October, giving you a chance to try something different, and be part of creating something new.

Cygnet truly supports its nurses. We’ve got tailored training packages and dedicated CAMHS professionals developing the best services and offering training and support. There are opportunities to develop skills in therapies such as dialectical behavioural therapy. We’re committed to Reducing Restrictive Practice with this being supported by our MDT.

You’ll be well rewarded with a market leading base salary of up to £32,314, a £4,000 Location Allowance and benefits including, life cover, free meals, one of the best pension schemes around and a welcome incentive worth an additional £4,000. That makes a total of up to £40,314 in your first year. You’ll also get the chance to shine with an organisation that values your skills and offers a brilliant place to do what you love best.

Do something positive, enjoy a brighter career and be part of something new.
