Lead Nurse - Community Behaviour & Communication Support Service (CBACSS)
£31,696 - £41,787 pa + 20% HCAS
We are delighted to invite applications for a full time (37.5 hours per week) Band 7 Lead Nurse for the Community Behaviour & Communication Support Service (CBACSS).This is an opportunity to help develop a new service for families living with dementia in Wandsworth.The service aims to support people with dementia and their carers to better understand and manage behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia. The service is an extension into the community of the nationally recognised and award winning Behaviour & Communication Support Service.
Previous experiences of leadership, supervision and service development is an asset. You will need to have experience of working with people whose behaviours can be challenging to understand and manage. Excellent communication, relationship building and team work skills are vital for this role and a commitment to own CPD.
