Llanarth Court Hospital is a 114 bedded forensic hospital providing a multi disciplinary service in low, medium and open rehabilitation settings.
We are currently recruiting for a full time Ward Manager for our Deri Ward.
You will be expected to either have or be prepared to develop skills to work with patients with mental illness/personality disorder. To have 24 hour responsibility of a unit specialising in male patients with a personality disorder within a forensic psychiatric hospital. To manage a staff team, be an integral part of the multi disciplinary team.Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
- RMN Qualification
- Considerable post registration experience as a Charge Nurse or equivalent.
- Presentation Skills
- Time Management Skills
- Proven Management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to lead and motivate a clinical team
