We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Manager to join our team and work on a ward within the Women's Mental Health Medium Secure Integrated Practice Unit (IPU).
The IPU comprises of three wards all with a specialist expertise and shared focus on a number of defined outcomes.
Sunley Ward offers admission, assessment and stabilisation. Seacole Ward provides treatment, care and security for women who present primarily with a diagnosis of Personality Disorder. Stowe Ward provides care and treatment for patients with a primarily with Mental Illness.

The role of Nurse Manager  
You will have managerial and operational responsibility for your wards and all aspects of performance.  Your effective day-to-day support and operational leadership will be key to maintaining operational excellence and high levels of nursing and care. There`s also plenty of scope for innovation as we`ll expect you to lead processes to improve the quality and operational management of your wards even further.
