The role
This is a newly introduced role designed to support the Quality Business Partners in the monitoring of best practice quality standards to ensure consistent legislative and regulatory compliance within designated IPUs.
As Quality Assistant you will report to the Quality Business Partner supporting the Learning Disability, ASD, Brain Injury and Dementia and HD IPUs..  Your key purpose will be to support ward teams to continuously improve compliance standards by assisting them with the development of action plans and by monitoring and reporting on their implementation.
You will need to work collaboratively with ward teams and other colleagues to conduct checks, audits and analyse qualitative and quantative data to determine compliance with the CQC standards and other commissioner quality standards where required.
You will provide project support for continuous improvement and IPU innovation to improve practice and work with the IPUs to drive high performance across all standards associated with the delivery of patient care.
About you
We`re looking for enthusiastic and approachable individuals with good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to regular tight deadlines.  
You will have a track record of producing work with a high degree of accuracy and show a keen eye for detail.
You will be a proactive relationship builder and a good team player, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
