Woodbourne has a highly experienced team of mental health professionals and support staff, which include consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and therapists. They can treat a wide range of acute mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic-stress-disorder, obsessive compulsive states, schizophrenia and all other major acute psychiatric illnesses.
Oak ward provides effective, quality care programmes for the successful treatment of Anorexia, Bulimia, binge eating and other related conditions. The specially developed eating disorders programme focusses on the psychological, social, behavioural and physical sides of the illness.
An opportunity has arisen for confident, enthusiastic and highly motivated senior nurse, who can demonstrate evidence of clinical experience in Eating Disorders, to join our team as Ward Manager. The unit has been rated as outstanding in the latest CQC inspection and we are looking for someone who can continue to lead our staff in maintaining and building upon these standards.
The successful candidate will be expected to be a motivated leader, with an excellent proven managerial and leadership skills that continuously strives for the highest standards of quality care and has patients safety at the forefront of the services and care provided.
