This is an exciting opportunity for both newly qualified staff who would still receive our supportive and excellent preceptorship programme, and those staff that have been qualified for a period of time but would like to expand their experience.
In order to support you we offer a robust supervision framework and have clear clinical and leadership development programmes. Staff are encouraged and supported to use quality improvement methodology to help improve on the services we offer. The Trust Quality improvement Academy provides access to expert advice and support in your work area.
We also have a Nursing forum for all nursing staff, which provides an opportunity to meet as a profession throughout the year and engages the wider nursing group in the development and implementation of the Nursing Strategy as well as updating on national nursing news.

We are active partners in the Devon Recovery Learning Community and strive to have recovery at the heart of all we do!
This is also an exciting time to be joining our organisation as we are currently undertaking reviews of our care pathways, smarter ways of working, including enhanced IT equipment and mobile working, all of which will enhance peoples experiences of accessing and using our services and focussing on the quality of care provision.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, commitment to working flexibly, participating in the internal 24 hours, 7 day a week rota to meet the needs of people who use our services, be able to demonstrate effective working in a multi-disciplinary team setting and demonstrate a commitment to further development with the support of the team.
