Set in beautiful grounds The Priory Hospital Southampton is a 40 bedded hospital.  Services provided at the hospital include an eating disorder ward an adult ward and a young peoples ward (CAMHs) We treat most psychiatric conditions.

We are looking for either a RMN or RNLD who has experience of working with people with an eating disordeR.   under the supervision of the Ward Manager,the charge nurse will take charge in their absence. The role holder will be expected to participate fully with the clinical team and undertake direct patient care.

Applicants must be self-motivated with good communication skills and leadership experience.

Applicants should have the following experience/qualifications:

•           RMN/RNLD

•           Mentorship Qualification (preferred not essential)

•           The ability to lead and motivate others

•           A genuine interest in quality service delivery and development

•           The ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

•           Numeracy and evidence of analytical ability
