We are currently looking for a Deputy Ward Manager. The post holder will provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team in support of the ward manager. The post holder will supervise a defined group of team members contributing to their overall CPD recognising and developing the skills required across the service. As well as acting as a role model to promote a culture of learning development, inquiry and team vision.

You will be a first level registered nurse and a trained mentor. Clinical supervision experience is essential along with evidence of personal CPD and intent to develop further as a manager and leader. At least 3 years or equivalent post registration experience in Mental Health services is essential. A passion to work within a team-orientated culture and a drive to deliver values and evidenced based patient care is key.About us
