Priory Hospital Bristol is part of the Healthcare Division of Priory Group and is a 86 Bed Hospital with wards varying from Addictions, Eating Disorders, Acute Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury, Huntingdon’s and Dementia.

We are looking to recruit a personable, flexible and motivated Ward Manager to lead a 12 Bedded CAMHS PICU. 

The successful candidate will provide Clinical Management and Leadership of the full nursing team on the Ward, this includes being a highly visible role model and mentor to the nursing team. The post-holder will have responsibility for overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of nursing care and will act as a senior clinical member of the team, providing advice and support from a nursing perspective and oversee and hold responsibility for the ward environment and its resources. The postholder will also take steps to ensure that appropriate staffing levels and skill mix of nursing experience and skills is in place including effective rota management, annual leave and training arrangements.
