If you are seeking a new leadership experience where you can really influence the care of adults experiencing acute mental health and distress - come and talk to us. We have 2 adult acute services, where we offer comprehensive inpatient and specialist mental health services for both male and female adults. The hospital is currently undergoing expansion, and there are also plenty of opportunities to learn and develop skills and knowledge of other services.
We are excited to be expanding our service with the addition of a newly purpose built CAMHS Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) unit in the spring of 2019. We are currently recruiting for nurses who are interested in working with our young people in this new service.
Our CAMHS nurses will work closely with our established professional mental health team including consultant psychiatrists, doctors and the committed therapy team. You will have the support of our excellent healthcare assistants. Our Senior Management team will listen to your thoughts and ideas and you have the opportunity to be really involved and engaged in the care of our young people.
These are challenging and highly rewarding roles and we welcome applications from preceptorship, qualified and experienced nurses (full and part time) who have the motivation and aspiration to develop careers within a specialist forward thinking CAMHS environment.
A competitive salary plus generous enhancements of 20% for unsociable hours and evenings, 50% bank holidays, 30% overtime, flexible Priory Group benefits including company pension scheme. We fully encourage continuous professional and independent development including funding external training and qualifications, mentorship and supervision. Priory also offer a unique training scheme through our 'career pathways' programme. In addition to annual leave which increases along with your service you have a day off on your birthday. You can enjoy free onsite parking and lunchtimes with your colleagues in the highly subsidised staff restaurant.
