The service is dedicated to providing innovative, high quality care and treatment for service users with challenging and complex needs, in order to enable their recovery and re-engagement with the community.

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and proactive nurses into our business, role can be offered as part time 2 long days a week, or undertaking the role fulltime 3 days a week, 1 of those days will be clinical based on the wards

We have implemented an exciting new service, where you will be involved in making crucial decisions for our Hospitals. We want to lean on your expertise as a registered mental health nurse and experience in acute settings to evaluate all patient referrals to Priory Healthcare & Partnerships in Care hospitals and make a decision on the clinical appropriateness for a placement in one of our acute and PICU services.

Job Advert Role Description

We are proud of the acute services we offer and we want you to become an integral part of this business, helping us to enhance the management of referrals into our hospitals by working as part of our dedicated clinical triage service.

We are looking for registered mental health nurses who are confident to work alone and make clinical decisions based on information provided by referrers.

You will work with the Triage team leader and other members of the team in the development of systems and processes to continually improve this service. You will have the opportunity to liaise with clinicians from across the Priory Group in your day to day work and in the development of the service.

The role is based at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal, but provides a service within Priory Healthcare across a number of sites; some limited travel to other sites may be required for example as part of your induction.
