The North London Clinic provides a full care pathway from medium secure, low secure to a locked rehabilitation wing. The full multidisciplinary team works with men who have a diagnosis of mental disorder and associated challenging behavior.

We are currently looking for Activity Coordinator who can adopt an active ward-based role in planning and co-coordinating patient activities through proactive engagement of the patient population and members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team.

The successful Activity coordinator should be:

Monitoring programme activity and being proactive in ensuring that meaningful therapeutic activity is provided
Working collaboratively with the Multi-disciplinary team members on patient activity
Contributing to the creation of patient ward timetable, ensuring that patients have access to therapeutic intervention to meet their recovery needs and are provided with a range of activities to promote healthier lifestyles
Providing effective and accurate clinical entries and outcome of activities using an electronic patient database system

Leading on daily and weekly planning meetings, supporting the patients in managing their dairies whilst also contributing to the ward organisation
