Located with easy access to East Sussex and Kent and set in acres of beautiful gardens in Ticehurst village, the newly refurbished Lodge Therapy Centre and Highlands Inpatient service (opening November 2019) offers Private Out/Day and Inpatient mental health services in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
Our patients benefit from a high quality service regardless of complexity or severity, thanks to the knowledge and expertise of our multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Due to the new service opening and an increase in demand we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced CBT Therapist to our team. Candidates should be accredited with a recognised professional body and experienced in both intervening individually and delivering group work. Additional experience with Mindfulness and other Third Wave approaches are welcome but a fluency with Cognitive Models and their applicability to Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Phobias and other conditions is vital.
In addition to your specialist therapeutic competence, excellent verbal and written communication, professional interpersonal skills, efficient and accountable record management and proficiency with IT are essential attributes.
You must have the required registration with the relevant Professional body BABCP and adhere to the associated Code of Conduct.
If you would like to share your expertise amongst a team of specialist practitioners delivering high quality treatments across a range of complex presentations and would like to join us here at Ticehurst for our Private services we invite you to apply. If you would like to discuss the opportunities available please contact the Therapy Services Manager for more information.About us
