Bank Support Worker
The Vines is part of the Priory Group's neuro-rehabilitation services which specialise in the treatment of acquired brain injury and neuro-rehabilitation for adults in an environment that provides individual care and positive outcomes.
We are a specialist residential care home offering long-term rehabilitation for 17 service users with an acquired brain injury. The home is situated in its own mature gardens, set back from the road in a secluded, private road within 15 minutes walk of Crowborough town centre.
The Vines is al residential home which provides a lively and supportive environment for men and women with acquired brain injury, that gives the encouragement and support our residents need.
As a support worker you will be a Key member of our team, providing high standards of person centred care and support to our residents. you will build good relationships with both residents and there families, supporting residents with planning of there goals to live as independently as possible, both personal care and participation in activities are key task to this role .You don’t need experience to join us. As long as you have the right attitude and empathy, our training will do the rest. In return we offer very competitive salaries and an excellent benefit scheme.
