We are looking for talented nursing Staff to join our team in Essex on a full-time permanent basis, whether you are a student nurse looking to start a supportive preceptorship or an experienced nurse looking to build your career, we have plenty to offer!  
 
We pride ourselves as being a centre of excellence for both men and women with a personality disorder and/or mental health issues in a low secure and locked environment.
 
Your role will be to individualise the care we provide to our service users by understanding and listening to them. Being a Senior Staff Nurse you will be the lead on a shift so knowledge and understanding is a must.
 
If this is your first role, we will support you. Our leading preceptorship programme is there to help you build on your understanding in the first 6 months of being a New Staff Nurse here at St Andrews Healthcare.
